Description:

This Fullstack Software Engineering Intern role offers hands-on experience developing both the frontend and backend components of web applications hosted on AWS.
Interns will have the opportunity to learn frontend technologies such as React, HTML, and CSS, as well as backend technologies including Apache, PHP, MySQL, and Linux.
Initially, interns will be given small tasks to learn the code base, and after becoming comfortable, they will be assigned a project to own and present at the end of the internship.
A successful intern will be able to execute the project and clearly present it to the company.
The internship lasts for 10 to 12 weeks, requiring full-time hours.

Requirements:

Candidates must be a computer science student or a recent graduate, specifically a senior BSCS student or a recent BSCS graduate, with a strong foundation in Object-Oriented programming.
A desire to strengthen coding skills is essential, with knowledge of both front-end and back-end technology required.
Candidates should possess a startup growth mindset, thriving in a quickly-changing environment and being able to hyperfocus and pivot when necessary.
Quick learners who are highly adaptable and enjoy learning new concepts are preferred.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, along with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team, are required.

The hourly rate for this role is $28/hr USD.
As a remote-first company, the organization takes a geographically neutral approach to compensation, setting the US range based on job function and level, regardless of location.
Interns are eligible for monthly work-from-home and wellness stipends.
