Remote Fullstack Engineering Lead

Description:

• The Fullstack Engineering Lead at Angle Health will provide engineering leadership for the company's advanced healthcare solutions.
• They will lead cross-functional teams in developing and implementing the customer-facing digital product suite.
• Responsibilities include managing technical activities, developing and maintaining technical details and specifications, working with stakeholders, and ensuring the development of a framework that maximizes product value.
• The role involves participating in Value Analysis/Value Engineering activities, following good engineering practices, preparing schedules and reports, achieving milestones, and being the technical liaison throughout the product life cycle.

Requirements:

• A highly analytical mindset and a willingness to build technical solutions for complex business problems.
• Attention to detail, intellectual curiosity, and a desire to understand the "how" and "why" behind solutions.
• Ability to collaborate effectively in teams, prioritize tasks, and problem-solve in a dynamic environment.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a software engineer.
• Proficiency in programming languages (AWS, React, Python, Django, PostgreSQL or similar) and data engineering frameworks.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, data science, mathematics, or a related technical field.
