  • The role is for a Fullstack Mid-Senior Software Developer, working remotely in a full-time capacity.
  • The ideal candidate will have a passion for crafting robust and efficient solutions and will thrive in a collaborative, agile environment.
  • Responsibilities include leading design and team efforts, collaborating with product teams, building user interfaces, mentoring junior developers, establishing coding standards, and implementing software design patterns and best practices.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in software development, with the ability to lead design and team efforts.
  • Proficiency in Java full-stack development, including modern JavaScript frameworks and libraries.
  • Proven experience with relational database systems such as MySQL and SQL Server.
  • Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and experience working in an Agile environment.
  • Experience with REST and JSON, as well as working directly with QA and product management teams.
  • Ability to navigate a legacy code base and collaborate with web designers to implement designs.
  • Experience with CI/CD tools (TeamCity) and version control systems (GitHub).
  • Strong skills in root cause analysis, performance diagnostics, and issue resolution in cloud-based or enterprise environments.
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to maintain encouraging relationships within and across teams.
