Description:

As a Tech Lead at lempire, you will manage a team of developers while also being hands-on with the development of our SaaS products.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, balancing leadership with technical challenges.
Your main missions will include 70% hands-on fullstack development using NextJS/React and 30% leadership involving team management, mentoring, and code reviews.
You will drive the design and implementation of new features and ensure best coding practices and team productivity.
Collaboration with customer support on technical issues and working closely with the Product Manager will be essential.
You will report directly to the CTO.
Key results expected include onboarding and contributing to product development within 1 month and playing a pivotal role in scaling and optimizing products within 6 months.

Requirements:

You should have 8+ years of JavaScript development experience, specifically with NextJS/React.
Experience in leading technical teams is required.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work autonomously are essential.
Fluency in both French and English is necessary.
Bonus points for experience in a B2B SaaS startup.

The salary for this position ranges between €65,000 and €80,000, with an additional €12,000 bonus and BSPCE.
