Description:

• Zipdev is seeking a Full Stack Engineer with expertise in Ruby on Rails and React to collaborate on a new product development project with a team of 4 developers, a designer, and a product owner.
• The project involves creating a real-time property management solution that enhances organizations' data capabilities for making informed business decisions.
• The role entails close collaboration with a small team primarily in the Eastern Time Zone, maintaining regular communication with the product manager and designer, and addressing customer needs to innovate and deliver value.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of professional software development experience.
• 3+ years of recent proficiency in Ruby on Rails.
• At least 1 year of experience with Golang.
• 3+ years of expertise in relational databases and data architecture, particularly using Postgres.
• 1+ year of experience in JavaScript or TypeScript is preferred.
• 1+ year of hands-on experience with React.
• Strong English communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, independent work environment.
• Product-oriented mindset.
• Residing in Latin America.
