Description:

Quorum, a fast-growing software company based in Washington, D.C., is seeking a Fullstack Software Engineer to join their Core development team.
The engineer will work with tools like React/Redux, Python, Django, PostgreSQL, and AWS to develop and maintain various products such as Core, CRM, Stakeholder, Outbox, Texting & Delivery, and Communications.
Responsibilities include shipping new code to production in the first week, writing code at different levels of the stack, taking ownership of features, and guiding technical decisions impacting the company's growth.
The ideal candidate should be highly motivated, a self-starter, interested in learning new technologies, and willing to contribute to a dynamic team environment.
The position offers the opportunity to work remotely or in the office in Belo Horizonte, Brazil, with various team-building activities and professional development opportunities.

Requirements:

5+ years of work experience at a software company producing software for end users
Professional experience in JavaScript and frontend technologies like React
Proficiency in backend languages such as Python, Java, Go, or Node.js
Experience with relational databases like PostgreSQL, MySQL, or Oracle, and familiarity with SQL queries and ORM frameworks like Django
Strong desire to mentor others through code review and contribute to the team's growth
