The Fullstack Software Engineer will join the Dashboard team, responsible for building tools that help customers detect and prevent fraud in real time.
The role requires building scalable dashboard features using React, Typescript, Go, and PostgreSQL, and designing backend services and APIs.
The engineer will ensure high code quality through reviews, testing, and documentation, and will collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and backend engineers.
The working hours for this position are from 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM IST to align with global collaboration needs.

Requirements:

Candidates must have 5+ years of software development experience, preferably in startup or high-growth environments.
Proven full stack development experience is required, with proficiency in Go, Node.js, or other server-side languages.
Strong experience in building RESTful APIs and web services is essential.
A deep understanding of relational databases, particularly PostgreSQL, is necessary.
Experience with React, Typescript, and modern frontend frameworks is required.
A track record of building and shipping high-quality user-facing products is expected.
Candidates should possess a user-first, product-oriented mindset with strong empathy and attention to detail.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English are mandatory.
Nice to have: Experience with data pipelines or event-driven workflows, and a background in fintech, banking, or fraud/compliance domains.
