Remote Fullstack Software Engineer (f/m/d)

Description:

• Join Contentful as a Full Stack Software Engineer and innovate with Automations, Workflows, and AI Integrations.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to build best-in-class automation and workflow features for customers.
• Design, develop, and maintain scalable frontend and backend features using TypeScript, React, and Node.js.
• Implement and integrate AI technologies to enhance the platform’s capabilities and improve user experiences.
• Consider components and systems while ensuring a holistic user experience.
• Quickly fix bugs and solve problems to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Utilize analytics to inform product decisions and improve features.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving development processes.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, especially in automations, workflows, and AI integrations.

Requirements:

• Demonstrable experience as a Full Stack Software Engineer in a product development environment is required.
• Strong skills in TypeScript, React, and Node.js are essential, along with an interest in clean code practices and familiarity with enterprise architectural design patterns.
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes for containerization and orchestration is necessary.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP is required.
• A natural problem-solver who brings forward ideas leading to practical solutions and product growth is essential.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment are required.
• Ability to organize and prioritize competing workloads in a fast-paced environment is necessary.
• Preferred qualifications include an understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps methodologies.
• Previous experience working with Automation engines and/or integrating with AI APIs and designing AI-powered features is highly appreciated but not required.
