The Fullstack Software Engineer II position in the Customer Experience team at Included Health focuses on serving health and benefits buyers to make informed decisions for their employee base.
Responsibilities include owning and improving 3 major systems: Configuration platform, Data ingestion and processing pipeline, and Reporting and dashboard products.
The role involves building scalable solutions to enhance customer service, communicate company value, and provide healthcare advice to customers.
Key responsibilities include rapidly developing features, engaging in cross-team efforts, leading technical investments, and refining team processes.
The ideal candidate will have strong software engineering fundamentals, be proud of their work, demonstrate product ownership, and have a desire for continuous growth.

Experience in technologies like Golang, Javascript, GraphQL, Ruby, Java, and AWS is beneficial.
