Description:

  • The Treat Engineering team at Included Health collaborates with Product Management and Design to enhance healthcare experiences for members and clinicians.
  • The healthcare app includes features like personalized Provider matching, 24/7 Telemedicine+, Expert opinions on diagnoses and treatment plans, and medical claims advocacy.
  • The team's mission is to deliver healthy outcomes for members by engaging them with medical and behavioral health practices through Telemedicine.
  • They are looking for a Senior Fullstack Software Engineer to lead the development of products in a fast, accessible, and intuitive way.
  • The role involves partnering with Product and Design teams on application design, user experience, developer workflows, deployment strategies, and testing.

Requirements:

  • Excitement about being part of a growing high-performance team.
  • Experience leading a team of developers and optimizing for impact over progress.
  • Strong problem-solving skills using first-principles thinking.
  • Ability to become a subject matter expert in code, demonstrate strong product ownership, and engage in technical debates.
  • 6+ years of experience in building and maintaining consumer-grade web applications.
  • Proficiency in full-stack web development, modern frontend frameworks, APIs, and backend services.
  • Strong programming skills, CS fundamentals, and a track record of implementing highly reliable software.
  • Continuous learning mindset and openness to feedback for personal and team growth.
