The Fullstack Software Engineer will help maintain the foundation that drives the data integrations service, customer-facing Open APIs, and security and compliance features.
The Integrations & IAM team builds core functionality that allows customers to seamlessly integrate their data into the platform.
Responsibilities include designing, building, optimizing, and maintaining CaptivateIQ's data and core platform functionality, working across the product stack, participating in the product development process, maintaining high engineering standards, and collaborating with engineers across the company.

Requirements:

Candidates must have 4+ years of experience in a software engineering role.
Strong computer science fundamentals, including data structures and algorithms, are required.
Experience with both frontend and backend development is necessary.
Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
Proficiency with Django and React is required.
Experience with a relational database such as PostgreSQL or MySQL is necessary.
A demonstrated track record of taking responsibility and ownership over core product areas is required.
Candidates should have a sharp attention to detail and a user-centric focus.
Experience making data-driven decisions on product and process is necessary.
Experience building a positive remote-first culture is required.
