Remote Fullstack Software Engineer (Java / Angular) 80-

Description:

• The Fullstack Software Engineer (Java / Angular) will be part of the Wüest Dimensions Product Team based in Lisbon, working alongside a team in Zurich.
• Responsibilities include requirement analysis/engineering, software development, designing high-quality software solutions, and collaborating with business peers to refine business requirements.
• The position involves sharing technical knowledge within and across teams and working on projects in various industries such as banking, insurance, real estate, and the public sector.
• Technologies in use include Java (17)/ Spring, Java Unit testing with Mockito & Junit, Angular / React, and REST.

Requirements:

• University degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent; relevant technical certifications are a plus.
• Minimum 2-3 years of professional software development experience with at least one year on a complex, long-running project.
• Proven experience in designing and operating containerized applications using tools like Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, Helm, OpenShift, etc.
• Proficiency in development lifecycle management tools like Git / BitBucket and experience with Pull Requests.
• Familiarity with agile development methodologies, especially SCRUM.
• Must be a highly organized team player with an agile mindset, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, and fluency in English language, both written and verbal.
