Remote Fullstack Software Engineer (Javascript) (French/English speaker)

Description:

• Treatwell is seeking talented, friendly, and experienced Software Engineers to join the Treatwell Store team and help build customer-facing products.
• The team consists of 4 engineers, 1 product manager, and 1 tech lead manager, along with a business team of approximately 10 people.
• The role involves designing, developing, and maintaining scalable full-stack applications using TypeScript, Node.js, MongoDB, Moleculer, and React.
• Responsibilities include participating in code reviews, mentoring, managing deployment pipelines, contributing to architectural decisions, troubleshooting application issues, and staying updated with modern web technologies.
• The ideal candidate should have 4+ years of professional experience in Full Stack TypeScript development and be fluent in both English and French.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have 4+ years of professional experience in Full Stack TypeScript development.
• A background in engineering or coding school, or self-education with a keen interest in innovative technologies is required.
• Experience with React and Node.js is essential, and familiarity with Docker, a microservice framework, or MongoDB is a plus.
• Some knowledge of Java is beneficial as the role may involve interaction with Java backends from other teams.
• Experience with React-Native is welcomed.
• Candidates must be fluent in English and French and must be based in Spain with a valid right to work.
