Description:

The Fullstack Software Engineer will be responsible for maintaining the core platform that compensation admins use to build and operate sales compensation models.
Responsibilities include designing, building, optimizing, and maintaining CaptivateIQ's data and core platform functionality.
The role involves working across the full product stack to develop and improve product features.
Participation in the product development process from scoping projects to measuring their success and iterating based on feedback is required.
The engineer must maintain high engineering and security standards and continuously improve codebases and processes.
Collaboration with engineers across the company to develop and iterate at scale is essential.
Requirements:
A minimum of 4 years of experience in a software engineering role is required.
Strong computer science fundamentals, including data structures and algorithms, are necessary.
Experience with both frontend and backend development is essential.
Strong verbal and written communication skills are required.
Proficiency with Django and React is necessary.
Experience with a relational database such as PostgreSQL or MySQL is required.
A demonstrated track record of taking responsibility and ownership over core product areas is essential.
A sharp attention to detail and a user-centric focus are required.
Experience making data-driven decisions on product and process is necessary.
Experience building a positive remote-first culture is preferred.
