Vanta is seeking a Fullstack Software Engineer for the Self Serve team, working remotely in the U.S.
The mission of Vanta is to secure the internet and protect consumer data by enabling companies to practice better security and prove it with ease.
Software Engineers at Vanta deliver high-value products and infrastructure that supports business scalability.
The role involves setting technical direction and driving complex projects across the technical stack to support Vanta's rapid growth.
As part of the platform organization, the engineer will work across various areas of the Vanta product to enhance customer activation, engagement, and retention.
Responsibilities include designing, developing, and owning new product functionality and infrastructure using modern frameworks and tooling such as TypeScript, React, and Node.js.
The engineer will lead high-impact projects with multiple stakeholders and set direction for critical technical areas to stay ahead of growth.
Collaboration with talented engineers is essential to make a significant impact on the customer base and contribute to Vanta’s engineering culture.

Requirements:

Candidates must have at least 3 years of full stack experience.
A passion for high visibility customer-facing features and a strong eye for detail is required.
Experience or interest in integrating AI tools into UI flows is preferred.
Strong communication and collaboration skills are essential for success in this role.
An interest in learning about security or prior experience in the security space is beneficial.
