3Pillar is seeking a Fullstack Technical Lead with expertise in React Native and NestJS with GraphQL to join their elite team in India.
The role involves steering projects that redefine urban living, establish new media channels for enterprise companies, and drive innovation in healthcare.
The candidate will guide the technical direction and implementation by the team throughout all stages from conceptualization to deployment.
Responsibilities include evaluating trade-offs between correctness, robustness, performance, and customer impact to ensure client success.
The lead will create and manage the team's technical documentation and repository practices, including tasks like creating branches, pull requests, and merges.
Collaboration with product, design, and engineering teams is essential to provide oversight of architecture and dependencies influencing product strategy.
The role includes contributing to code reviews, documentation, and addressing complex bug fixes with a focus on security, performance, and reliability.
The candidate will mentor Senior Engineers and others through Communities of Practice or project teams, supporting the growth of technical capabilities.

Requirements:

A minimum of 7+ years of experience as a full-stack mobile engineer, with proficiency in React Native and NestJS.
At least 3-5 years of prior experience as a React Native mobile app developer, with additional experience in Apache Cordova being a plus.
Proven experience in developing, building, and maintaining React Native applications with clean code and integrating third-party APIs.
Strong understanding of JavaScript and TypeScript, with familiarity in native build tools like XCode and Gradle.
Experience with mobile push notifications and in-app purchases is required.
Professional experience in backend API development using Nest.js for 3-5 years, with familiarity in GraphQL concepts.
Proficient in database design, architecting database schemas, and ensuring data integrity, preferably with MongoDB.
Hands-on experience with container technologies like Docker and microservice architecture projects.
Ability to create and maintain continuous integration and delivery of React Native applications.
Knowledge of tools such as Jira and GitLab, with experience maintaining code using GIT and branching strategies.
