Description:

• We are seeking a highly skilled AWS Cloud Operations Engineer to join our team and ensure the reliability, performance, and scalability of our cloud infrastructure.
• The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in AWS services, automation, and cloud security while collaborating with development and operations teams to maintain and improve cloud-based applications.
• Responsibilities include monitoring, managing, and maintaining AWS cloud infrastructure to ensure optimal performance, security, and cost efficiency.
• The engineer will automate infrastructure deployment, configuration, and scaling using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform or CloudFormation.
• Implementing and managing CI/CD pipelines for seamless deployment and integration is also a key responsibility.
• The role involves troubleshooting cloud-related issues, ensuring high availability, and supporting disaster recovery solutions.
• The engineer will ensure cloud security best practices by managing IAM roles, policies, and security groups.
• Optimizing AWS resources to improve cost efficiency and operational performance is essential.
• The engineer will work closely with development teams to design and implement cloud-native solutions.
• Maintaining logging, monitoring, and alerting systems using tools like AWS CloudWatch, Prometheus, or Datadog is required.

Requirements:

• An active US Secret Clearance is required for this position.
• Candidates must have 5 or more years of related work experience.
• Strong experience with AWS services is essential for this role.

Benefits:

• The position offers a salary range of $115,000 to $125,000 a year.
• This is a fully remote position, allowing for flexibility in work location.
