The role involves writing clear, clean, and efficient game code.

Requirements:

A Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience is required.
Candidates should have 3-5 years of experience in software development, preferably in gaming or a related industry.
A strong grasp of programming concepts is necessary; experience in Lua is preferred but not required.
Effective communication and collaboration skills for the product/development cycle are essential.
An ownership mentality and a passion for creating impactful gaming experiences are important traits for candidates.
Bonus points for prior development experience on the Roblox platform or similar gaming platforms, as well as experience in game jams, game modding, and passion projects related to game making.
