Remote [GAC] Senior Test Automation Engineer

Description:

• The Senior Test Automation Engineer will be responsible for improving agile testing, ensuring top quality, and working hands-on with system testing in product development teams.
• The role involves proposing and adapting a suitable test automation framework (e.g., Cypress, Playwright, Cucumber), performing exploratory testing, identifying test cases, and implementing automated testing of products.
• The engineer will participate in identifying and implementing QA best practices to support high-quality ambitions and prevent defects.
• Collaboration with co-workers to drive improvements and achieve common goals is essential in this role.

Requirements:

• 4-5 years of experience in technical skills with test automation frameworks like Cypress, Playwright, Cucumber, Selenide.
• Experience in testing on a cloud platform.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting equipment problems, performing complex system tests, defining end-to-end testing approaches, and writing code in C# (Java experience is a plus).
• Strong system thinking, critical mindset, and experience in setting up virtual test environments or docker containers.
• Familiarity with database testing, creating test infrastructure for backend testing, configuring CI/CD pipelines, and working in Scrum/KANBAN agile environments.
• Excellent communication skills in English, ability to identify problems, and drive improvements.
