Remote [GAC] Senior Test Automation Engineer (C# + Selenium)

Description:

• The Senior Test Automation Engineer will be responsible for improving agile testing, nurturing top quality, and working hands-on with system testing.
• The role involves proposing the best fitting test automation framework (e.g., Cypress, Playwright, Cucumber) and adapting it to the organization's needs.
• Responsibilities include performing exploratory testing, identifying test cases, and implementing automated testing of products.
• The engineer will participate in identifying and implementing QA best practices into the development and release processes to support high-quality ambitions.
• The position requires working in cross-functional teams where developers, testers, and quality assurance collaborate closely to prevent defects and find bugs early.

Requirements:

• 4-5 years of experience in technical skills with test automation frameworks such as Cypress, Playwright, Cucumber, Selenide.
• Experience in testing on a cloud platform.
• Ability to troubleshoot equipment problems and perform complex system tests.
• Proficiency in writing code in C# (Java experience is a plus).
• System thinking and a critical mindset.
• Experience setting up and using virtual test environments or docker containers.
• Experience with database testing and creating a test infrastructure for backend testing.
• Familiarity with configuring and supporting CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience working in a Scrum/KANBAN agile environment.
• Strong communication skills (written and spoken) in English.
• Ability to identify problems and drive improvements.
