Description:

We are seeking a skilled DevOps Engineer to maintain, improve, and develop new features for our client's web application.
The ideal candidate will have experience with GCP, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud infrastructure management.
Key responsibilities include maintaining and enhancing GitHub Actions pipelines for continuous integration and deployment.
The engineer will deploy and manage GCP resources, including workflows, Firestore, BigQuery, Cloud Functions, App Engine, Cloud SQL, Vertex AI/Gemini, and Media CDN.
The role involves providing architectural recommendations and best practices within GCP to ensure scalability and performance.
Implementing security best practices in GCP to safeguard resources and data is essential.
The engineer will collaborate with development teams to automate processes and improve system reliability.
Monitoring and troubleshooting cloud infrastructure to ensure smooth and efficient operations is a key responsibility.
The position also includes managing resource provisioning, configuration, and optimization to reduce costs and improve efficiency.

Requirements:

A Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience is required.
Proven experience as a DevOps Engineer or in a similar role is necessary.
Strong experience with Google Cloud Platform services is essential.
Proficiency in setting up and managing CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions is required.
Familiarity with Node.js, Python, and Angular applications is preferred.
Experience with infrastructure as code tools and scripting is necessary.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail are required.
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities are essential.
The ability to work under minimal supervision is necessary.
Fluency in English (B2 minimum required) is required.
