Tamnoon is a leader in Managed Cloud Remediation Services, combining human expertise with technology to address cloud risks.
The role is for a Principal-level GCP Security Architect who will serve as the GCP expert to remediate security misconfigurations.
Responsibilities include identifying playbooks and runbooks to accelerate investigation and remediation in GCP and mentoring others on GCP best practices.
Engage directly with Tamnoon’s customers to triage, prioritize, and remediate cloud vulnerabilities.
Daily tasks may involve gathering data around security alerts, working with customer teams to remediate risks, improving internal knowledge through playbooks, sharing technical knowledge through thought leadership, and collaborating with the engineering team to enhance services.

Requirements:

A bachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent experience is required.
Practical experience deploying, configuring, and securing resources in GCP is necessary.
Experience applying security in GCP is essential.
Strong communication skills to convey complex technical concepts in English, both verbally and in writing, are required.
Preferred qualifications include working knowledge of GCP, common misconfigurations, and customer challenges.
Broad knowledge across two or more major cloud providers is preferred.
Familiarity with container-based applications and infrastructure, preferably in GCP, is a plus.
Experience with cloud deployments using various methods like console, infrastructure as code, CLI, or SDK is beneficial.
Experience in building governance and security over cloud subscriptions is advantageous.
Familiarity with CSPM or CNAPP tools such as Wiz, Prisma, or Lacework is preferred.
Demonstrable skills in scripting and command line tools using a modern high-level language like Python are desired.
Soft skills to run meetings with customers and influence decisions are important.
