Remote Generative AI Architect

Description:

• ARC Group is seeking a Generative AI Architect for a 100% remote position that will start as a contract through December 2025 and convert to full-time employment.
• The role involves designing, developing, and deploying AI-powered applications, working closely with cross-functional teams to create scalable and innovative solutions.
• Key responsibilities include designing and implementing generative AI models, fine-tuning pre-trained models, developing Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures, and creating multi-agent systems.
• The architect will collaborate with data scientists, UX/UI designers, and product managers to build end-to-end AI-driven applications and maintain robust full-stack applications.
• The position requires staying updated with advancements in AI and full-stack development, troubleshooting issues, and contributing to documentation for AI models and applications.

Requirements:

• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is required.
• Proven experience as a Generative AI Developer with a strong portfolio of AI-driven projects is necessary.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python and JavaScript is essential.
• Experience with AI/ML frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch is required.
• A strong understanding of model fine-tuning and experience adapting models for specific use cases is needed.
• Experience in full-stack development, including front-end and back-end technologies, is required.
• Familiarity with retrieval-augmented generation techniques and multi-agent systems is necessary.
• Knowledge of cloud services and DevOps practices is required.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment are essential.
• Strong communication skills to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders are required.
