Description:

As a Generative AI Engineer, you will develop and deploy AI solutions utilizing advancements in natural language processing (NLP) and machine learning.
Your main responsibilities include designing, fine-tuning, and implementing Large Language Models (LLMs) and building complex Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems.
You will collaborate with data science and engineering teams to scale LLM usage and develop intelligent agents.
The role requires staying updated with AI and machine learning trends to enhance AI solutions and providing technical leadership to team members.
Requirements:
You must have at least 5 years of working experience, with a minimum of 2 years in AI.
Proven experience in developing AI agents using tools like Langchain or similar frameworks is required.
Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in fine-tuning LLMs using platforms such as Hugging Face or OpenAI is essential.
A deep understanding of vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, Weaviate, Milvus) and their applications in RAG systems is necessary.
Experience in developing and deploying complex RAG systems to enhance LLM capabilities is required.
Proficiency in programming languages such as Python and frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch is needed.
A solid understanding of machine learning concepts, NLP, and deep learning techniques is essential.
Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure) for deploying and managing AI solutions is required.
Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment are necessary.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams are required.
