Remote Generative AI Engineer (US, Europe and Asia)

Description:

• Centric Software is seeking a Generative AI Engineer to implement, integrate, and deploy scalable AI solutions for the fashion, apparel, and consumer goods industries.
• This role will bridge advanced AI research and real-world applications, enhancing product personalization and customer-facing experiences.
• Responsibilities include implementing, integrating, and optimizing Generative AI workflows using technologies such as ComfyUI, Flux, LoRA, and third-party APIs.
• The engineer will build and deploy scalable AI pipelines to handle large-scale data and real-time processing.
• Collaboration with researchers and developers is essential to transition prototypes into fully functional solutions.
• The role requires optimizing systems for performance, scalability, and reliability across various customer applications.
• The engineer will work with cloud-based infrastructures to support the deployment and scaling of AI solutions.
• Continuous monitoring and enhancement of deployed solutions based on performance and customer feedback is expected.

Requirements:

• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field is required.
• Strong expertise in deploying and optimizing Generative AI models using existing frameworks is necessary.
• Candidates must have hands-on experience with cloud infrastructure and scalable GPU system design.
• Proficiency in integrating third-party APIs and creating end-to-end AI workflows is essential.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in fast-paced, cross-functional teams are required.
• Knowledge of AI/ML frameworks such as TensorFlow and PyTorch is a plus.
• Proven ability to translate research concepts into practical prototypes and solutions is necessary.
• Excellent communication skills are required for effective collaboration within cross-functional teams.
• Strong programming skills in Python and familiarity with other programming languages commonly used in AI research are essential.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple research projects simultaneously are required.

Benefits:

• The US base salary range for this full-time position is $180,000 - $250,000, plus benefits.
• Salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location, reflecting the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries across all US locations.
• Individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
• Candidates exceeding the specified experience and relevant education or training may be considered for compensation above the stated range.
• Certain positions may be offered additional variable incentives.
