Description:
The Global Junior Data Analyst for Marketing will be responsible for analyzing lead and customer data to provide insights and recommendations for improving marketing performance.
Key responsibilities include collecting, cleaning, and organizing data from various sources such as CRM, marketing automation, and web analytics tools.
The analyst will develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to monitor key performance metrics, including conversion rates, CAC, ROMI, and marketing database engagement.
Conducting exploratory data analysis to identify patterns, trends, and anomalies in the data is essential to indicate opportunities or challenges.
The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, such as marketing, sales, and product, to understand business objectives and provide data-driven recommendations for optimizing lead and revenue generation.
Supporting data-driven decision-making by conducting ad-hoc analyses and answering data-related questions from stakeholders is a key part of the job.
The analyst will continuously monitor and evaluate data quality and accuracy, taking necessary actions to ensure data integrity and completeness.
Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data analysis and visualization is important to improve data analysis processes and tools.
Requirements:
A Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field, such as statistics, mathematics, computer science, or economics is required.
The candidate should have 1-3 years of experience in data analysis, preferably in a marketing or sales environment.
Proficiency with SQL is a must.
Experience using Excel/Google Sheets and data visualization tools, such as Tableau, is a plus.
Familiarity with CRM, marketing automation, and web analytics tools, such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Meta, Google Ads, and Google Analytics, is advantageous.
Attention to detail and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment are essential.
A strong desire to learn new platforms and skills is necessary.
Experience with Python, Google Cloud, or PHP would be beneficial but is not required.
