Description:
- Quasar AI is seeking a Go software engineer to work on components, extensions, and tooling.
- The core product, Quasar, is written in C++ 20, while components like the REST API server, tooling, and plug-ins are in Go.
- These components are customer-facing and crucial for user experience.
- The role involves joining solution teams, taking ownership of components, and maximizing the Quasar engine's potential.
- Responsibilities include working on plug-ins and interfaces for other products possibly written in Go.
- This position primarily involves writing code and is focused on software engineering.
Requirements:
- Fluency in English is required.
- Must possess outstanding software engineering skills.
- A solid computer science background is necessary.
- Demonstrated experience in writing high-performance software in Go, with a good understanding of the network stack, is essential.
- No prior experience in database design or AI is needed.
