Description:
The Go-to-Market Data Analyst will support key cross-functional initiatives by providing actionable insights that improve marketing effectiveness, enhance sales performance, increase customer retention, and drive business growth.
This role requires strong analytical skills and an understanding of the full customer journey, with an emphasis on the marketing funnel and attribution tracking.
The analyst will guide strategic business decisions within the go-to-market team, which includes marketing, sales, and customer success.
Responsibilities include analyzing the performance of marketing campaigns, providing insights into the customer journey, tracking marketing attribution, monitoring sales pipeline health, analyzing customer usage data, and collaborating with various teams to ensure alignment on key metrics.

Candidates must be self-starters, resourceful, and problem-solvers with outstanding attention to detail.
Excellent collaboration skills are required for working across multiple stakeholders and departments.
The ability to analyze, synthesize, and leverage complex data sets into clear, actionable insights that drive business decisions is essential.
Strong communication skills are necessary to present data insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Candidates should have the ability to present key data in alignment with the overall strategy.
An understanding of multiple data-housing systems and the ability to extract and aggregate important data points is required.
Experience in translating data into business value by identifying business gaps, potential red flags, or actions leading to success is necessary.
A high level of proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, Tableau, Google Analytics, or similar tools is required.
It is preferred that candidates have 3+ years of experience in data analysis within a go-to-market organization, focusing on marketing operations.
Familiarity with sales pipeline management and understanding key performance indicators (KPIs) related to sales velocity, conversion rates, and pipeline health is a plus.
Experience with marketing analytics and reporting platforms like HubSpot, Marketo, or Salesforce is also desirable.
