CentralApp is pivoting towards an AI-powered website builder and adding self-service signup and automated marketing funnels to its traditionally sales-led growth model.
The Go-To-Market Engineer will be at the intersection of product, engineering, sales, and marketing, ensuring successful product launches that scale quickly.
Responsibilities include building and optimizing infrastructure for lead generation, working closely with product, sales, and customer success teams, rebuilding the tool stack, designing and implementing automations, creating data flows and dashboards, troubleshooting technical challenges, and contributing ideas to enhance user experience.

Requirements:

Candidates must have 2–5 years of experience in a role supporting Go To Market teams or in a similar role.
Comfort with no code tools and building integrations between systems, such as Zapier, is required.
A solid understanding of SaaS customer journeys, particularly Product-Led Growth (PLG) and Sales-Led Growth (SLG) models, is essential.
A collaborative, entrepreneurial spirit is necessary, with a passion for spotting opportunities to improve processes.
An analytical mindset is required, with decisions based on real customer behavior and performance metrics.
Bonus points for experience working with AI products or in rapid-scale startups.
