We are seeking a Go API Engineer to design and build high-performance, scalable APIs.
The role involves working on cloud-native systems in a fast-paced environment.
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver robust backend solutions.
Key responsibilities include developing RESTful/gRPC APIs in Go, leveraging concurrency (goroutines/channels) and performance optimization.
You will design modular, secure APIs with versioning, rate limiting, and error handling.
The position requires deploying on AWS/GCP using Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD.
You will optimize for latency, throughput, and reliability through techniques such as caching, retries, and idempotency.
Collaboration with product and frontend teams in an agile environment is essential.

Requirements:

Candidates must have 3–6 years of Go backend development experience.
A strong knowledge of cloud services (AWS/GCP), Kubernetes, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform is required.
Experience with authentication methods such as OAuth and JWT, as well as monitoring tools like Prometheus and Grafana, is necessary.
Familiarity with healthtech or compliance standards (HIPAA) is considered a bonus.
