Compliance with data governance, security, and privacy regulations in all architectural decisions is necessary.
The candidate will assist pre-sales teams with architectural strategy and review for new opportunities.
Requirements:
The candidate must have 10+ years of experience as a Cloud Architect, with a preference for Google Cloud experience.
Experience with microservices and event-driven architectures in applications and data platforms is required.
The candidate should be adept at technical communication to both technical and non-technical customers, partners, and stakeholders.
In-depth knowledge of Security and Networking in GCP, including IP networking, VPNs, DNS, load balancing, and firewalls, is essential.
The candidate must be skilled in articulating, architecting, and implementing cloud-native technologies on the Google Cloud Platform, such as Cloud Storage, GKE, BigQuery, Cloud Run, and Pub/Sub.
Experience in infrastructure automation through Terraform is required.
Familiarity with the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile/iterative methodologies is necessary.
The candidate should have experience with CI/CD frameworks, including an understanding of GitOps approaches.
