The Growth Data Analyst will be responsible for driving growth by analyzing data and identifying opportunities for scaling acquisition channels and optimizing costs.
The role is crucial in shaping the growth strategy of the SME division and ensuring its long-term success.
Responsibilities include evaluating the cost-effectiveness of acquisition channels, collaborating with team members to scale high-performing channels, researching emerging trends in marketing, developing dashboards and reports to track channel effectiveness, and generating innovative ideas for new acquisition tactics.

Requirements:

Proficiency in SQL is required for this position.
Experience with BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker is necessary.
A basic knowledge of Python and a willingness to develop these skills is expected.
Strong analytical skills are essential, with the ability to interpret complex data sets and draw actionable insights.
Excellent communication and presentation skills are required to articulate findings and recommendations to stakeholders at all levels.
The candidate must be a team player with strong collaborative skills.
Experience in a growth-focused role, preferably in a startup or high-growth environment, would be an advantage.
A basic understanding of statistics and A/B testing is beneficial.
Understanding the architecture of Data Warehouse (DWH) layers is a plus.

The position offers a hybrid work model in one of the offices located in Berlin, Limassol, or Almaty, or the option to work fully remote outside office locations.
