• Tackle, a leading solution for software companies, is seeking a Mid Software Engineer to join their team as a Growth Engineer.
• The role involves working in a fully remote, growth-stage company focused on transforming how software is bought and sold.
• The Growth Engineer will collaborate with a cross-functional team of software engineers, Engineering lead, Product lead, and UX lead.
• Responsibilities include owning the product process, iterative product development using data, building Growth infrastructure, providing feedback, recruiting, and code ownership.
• The ideal candidate should have experience in a modern Javascript environment, data-driven product development, and a desire for high standards and continuous learning.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in a modern Javascript environment (React, Node.js) and production-grade web applications in Python (Go is a plus).
• Experience with data-driven product development, such as AB testing and tools like Amplitude, Pendo, etc.
• Focus on quantitative outcomes and delivering measurable product improvement.
• Interest in tackling a wide range of problems and working at all levels of the Tackle stack.
• Self-motivation with strong organizational skills and a desire for continuous learning.
• Clear and effective communication in both verbal and written form.
• Compassion and open-mindedness for productive brainstorming and feedback sessions.
