Grupo QuintoAndar is looking for a Data Platform Engineer Specialist to build and maintain a high-performance data platform that meets the company's needs and leads analytical innovation.
The role involves being responsible for the entire lifecycle of code development, aligning with stakeholders, proposing scalable solutions, conducting PoCs, and contributing to defining the strategic vision.
The specialist will work on projects such as migrating legacy infrastructure, designing architectures for metadata storage, ensuring LGPD compliance, and centralizing access to analytical data.
The position offers the opportunity to work in a remote-first model, with the possibility of living anywhere in Brazil, and involves collaborating with a team that values best practices and tools in the market.

Requirements:

Specialist in Big Data technologies (Spark, Hadoop, Hive, MapReduce) and proficient in Python or other major programming languages.
Understanding of data lifecycle concepts like lineage, governance, privacy, and anonymization.
Excellent communication skills for collaborating with different teams.
Experience in building large-scale data platforms, AWS and GCP cloud features, Apache Airflow, columnar storage solutions, data lakehouse concepts, infrastructure technologies, and optimization strategies.
Curiosity about evolving technologies in data engineering and a passion for continuous learning.
