Description:

• The Senior Analytics Engineer at Grupo QuintoAndar is responsible for understanding business needs and implementing data pipelines and data abstractions to facilitate faster and better decision-making.
• The role involves cleaning, transforming, and modeling raw data into usable information for strategic decision-making.
• Responsibilities include communicating with stakeholders, creating and editing data pipelines, investigating data inconsistencies, maintaining code and pipeline standards, creating robust data models, and ensuring self-service analytics for business areas.

Requirements:

• Experience in building multidimensional data models (Star and/or Snowflake schema).
• Strong SQL skills and comfort with complex SQL.
• Familiarity with ELT/ETL pipelines.
• Experience with Python.
• Knowledge of columnar storage solutions like Amazon Redshift and Apache Parquet.
• 3 or more years of experience in building pipelines.
• Proficiency in English and/or Spanish.
• Free of any prejudice.
