The Data & AI team focuses on delivering features that enhance the product experience, tackling challenges such as intelligent search, recommendation systems, and machine learning models.
Responsibilities include architecting, developing, and deploying machine learning systems, designing experiments, analyzing data, and participating in discussions regarding the Data Science chapter.

Requirements:

Candidates should seek to deliver real impact through Data Science and Machine Learning.
Expert knowledge of machine learning concepts, including regression, classification, clustering, neural networks, feature selection, cross-validation, bias-variance tradeoff, and model explainability is required.
Practical experience with Deep Learning in an industry setting is necessary.
A good understanding of the engineering challenges involved in deploying machine learning systems to production is essential.
Proficiency in Python is required.
Excellent written and verbal technical communication skills are mandatory.
Good English skills (verbal and written) are required as it is the official language within the team.
Candidates will stand out if they have a MSc. or equivalent experience in relevant fields, experience providing technical advice to other data scientists, and experience with Information Retrieval, Search Ranking, and Recommendations.
