Description:

• Grupo QuintoAndar is looking for a Senior Data Scientist to join their Data Science team.
• The team works on product squads to deliver features that enhance the product and provide a top-notch user experience.
• The role involves collaborating with various professionals like Product Managers, Designers, Data Scientists, Machine Learning Engineers, and Software Engineers.
• Specific problems tackled by the team include search and recommendation systems, customer experience enhancement using ML, pricing, liquidity, credit models, and platform development for deploying solutions.
• The position requires at least 3+ years of experience in applying data science and creating machine learning models.
• Responsibilities include architecting, developing, and deploying machine learning systems related to chatbots and search, designing and executing experiments, analyzing various data types, and actively participating in Data Science chapter discussions and decisions.

Requirements:

• Seeking individuals eager to learn and make a real impact through Data Science.
• Expertise in machine learning concepts like regression, classification, clustering, neural networks, feature selection, cross-validation, model explainability, etc.
• Understanding of the challenges in deploying machine learning systems to production.
• Proficiency in Python and practical experience in Natural Language Processing (NLP).
• Experience in providing technical advice to other data scientists (technical leadership).
• Excellent written and verbal technical communication skills, with a passion for sharing knowledge.
• Mandatory good English skills (verbal and written).
• Standing out with a MSc. (or Undergrad + intense experience) in relevant fields, practical experience with Large Language Models (LLMs), Real Estate market experience, or working at fast-growing startups.
