The Data Science team is looking for a Senior Data Scientist to work on high-impact projects that enhance product features and customer experience.
Responsibilities include architecting, developing, and deploying machine learning systems, designing and executing experiments, and analyzing diverse data to improve models.
The position is remote-first, allowing employees to work from anywhere in Argentina, with optional office use in Buenos Aires.
The selection process includes an application, interviews, and a technical assessment, typically lasting 30-40 days.

Requirements:

Candidates must have at least 3+ years of experience in data science and machine learning model creation.
Proficiency in at least one programming language and relational database is required.
Experience in developing models for digital products and working in a multi-disciplinary environment is essential.
Candidates should understand the trade-offs between theoretical models and their application in production systems.
Proven experience in building, training, and deploying models is necessary, along with knowledge of A/B testing and benchmarking frameworks.
Fluency in Spanish and a working knowledge of English are required; Portuguese is a plus.
Candidates should have experience with digital marketplaces, large datasets, and a strong analytical mindset to support model-related decisions.
