Description:

The Senior Security Engineer, Endpoint will manage and optimize endpoint security across Windows, Mac, Linux, and mobile devices, ensuring compliance with corporate security policies and regular updates to minimize vulnerabilities.
This role involves automating endpoint security processes, including patch management and updates, to ensure continuous protection and reduce manual intervention.
The engineer will integrate endpoint security solutions with existing security platforms, providing centralized control, enhanced visibility, and support for Zero Trust Network Access (ZTNA) for remote and hybrid environments.
The position operates under a remote-first model, allowing employees to work from home or use QuintoAndar's offices in São Paulo and Campinas, or partner coworking spaces.

Requirements:

Candidates must have strong hands-on experience with endpoint management, security tools, and platforms, with at least 6 years of experience.
The professional should be capable of working across multiple cloud providers and operating systems within complex network environments, demonstrating a proactive approach to risk prevention and endpoint security mitigation.
Knowledge of patch management, vulnerability mitigation, and compliance auditing is required.
Familiarity with Zero Trust principles and the integration of endpoint solutions into broader security frameworks is essential.
Experience in incident response (I&R) is necessary, including the ability to effectively manage and respond to security events across endpoints.
Fluency in Portuguese and proficiency in English, particularly for writing documentation, policies, and communicating with global partners, is required.
