The mobile software engineer will build and maintain interfaces for QuintoAndar's products, focusing on iOS and Android platforms using Flutter.
Responsibilities include defining best practices, building features from scratch, validating tools, and delivering exceptional user experiences.
The role involves collaboration with a diverse team throughout the feature delivery process, from brainstorming to deployment.
QuintoAndar promotes a remote-first work model, allowing employees to work from home or use company offices and partner coworking spaces in Brazil.
The selection process includes application, interviews, tech screening, and technical interviews, lasting approximately 40 days.

Requirements:

Candidates must have a passion for designing and delivering amazing user experiences.
Experience in developing applications for Android and/or iOS platforms using technologies such as Flutter, React Native, Java, Kotlin, Swift, or Objective C is required.
Proficiency in using APIs to build data-rich products is necessary.
Candidates should have experience in building and deploying consumer-oriented products.
Strong fundamentals in Software Engineering are essential.
An interest in learning and using Flutter for cross-platform mobile applications is expected.
Candidates will stand out if they have developed large cross-platform applications in Flutter, have experience with End to End and Integration testing, and can read and write code in React.
Experience in optimizing mobile application performance and handling complex notifications and CRM workflows is a plus.
Knowledge in computer science theory, including algorithm optimization and data structures, is advantageous.
Flexibility and willingness to learn new programming languages are encouraged.
