Description:

  • As a Staff UX Researcher at Grupo QuintoAndar, you will play a crucial role in delivering delightful experiences throughout the housing journey.
  • You will lead tactical research projects to uncover incremental insights and strategic initiatives shaping the long-term vision of the product or service.
  • Proactively incorporate technical requirements and business challenges into research projects.
  • Lead research roadmaps aligned with leadership, proposing methodologies and strategies to achieve objectives through user-centricity.
  • Conduct multiple research initiatives with mixed methodologies, ensuring actionable insights for continuous improvements and innovation spaces.
  • Analyze user behavior through lab studies, ethnography, benchmarking, usability testing, quantitative research, and product data.
  • Disseminate insights to various audiences, from analysts to senior leadership, through robust reports and compelling presentations.
  • Collaborate closely with Product Designers, Data Scientists, Product Managers, and Researchers to prioritize opportunities in a dynamic environment.
  • Influence decisions at the highest levels, ensuring that user insights are reflected in concrete actions.
  • Mentor Product Designers conducting research and less experienced Researchers.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Design, Social Sciences, Psychology, Anthropology, related fields, or equivalent practical experience.
  • +6 years of experience in research and design applied to products, services, or similar.
  • Extensive experience with mixed methods.
  • Solid experience with qualitative approaches.
