Description:

The Tech Lead Manager at QuintoAndar will lead a small team of Data Scientists and Machine Learning Engineers to develop AI/ML solutions focused on Customer Experience, such as automatic ticket routing, ticket summarization, and chatbots.
This role involves a balance between hands-on technical work and managerial responsibilities, contributing to technical excellence and strategic leadership.
The Tech Lead Manager will shape the technical direction of products by translating business requirements into solutions and collaborating with Product Managers and stakeholders.
Expect challenging tasks, high standards, and meaningful conversations while working on intelligent search and recommendation systems, pricing models, credit models, and more within the Data Science and Machine Learning team.

Requirements:

Experience in leading teams and managing careers.
Hands-on experience in building and deploying ML solutions.
Deep understanding of machine learning concepts like regression, classification, neural networks, feature selection, and model explainability.
Strong knowledge of probability, statistics, experimental design, and A/B experiments analysis.
Proficiency in Python or another major programming language.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Stand out if you have experience with Deep Learning, NLP techniques, LLMs, or working at fast-growing startups.
