Description:
The GTM AI Automations Engineer role is a remote position based in Europe, specifically for candidates in the United Kingdom, Germany, or Poland.
The engineer will build the infrastructure that supports the scaling of go-to-market teams at ElevenLabs.
Responsibilities include deploying AI agents, automating workflows, integrating insights across systems, and creating resources for Sales and Customer Success teams.
The role involves building AI agents to automate processes, surface insights, and integrate data across multiple tools and resources.
The engineer will own and launch experiments to identify new ways to scale and optimize go-to-market operations, driving their development and implementation.
The position requires designing and delivering technical enablement that makes insights actionable across go-to-market teams through education, tooling, and streamlined workflows.
The engineer will also build a scaled customer success infrastructure to help customers discover new use cases and educate themselves.
Requirements:
Candidates must be passionate about AI, automation, and using technology to drive efficiency and scale.
A strong technical background is required, with experience in data, AI agents, LLMs, prompting, and common integration patterns across tools and systems.
Proficient coding skills in various languages are necessary, with minimum requirements including Python and SQL.
Candidates should be comfortable experimenting, launching, and iterating quickly to drive the adoption of new workflows and insights.
A talent for spotting patterns and identifying opportunities to automate or standardize processes is essential, along with the ability to translate them into scalable solutions.
Strong empathy for sales and customer success teams is required, with an understanding of how to design tooling and enablement that fits their workflows.
Clear communication skills are necessary to convey complex ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences.
