Jobgether is seeking a GTM AI Automations Engineer to work remotely in Europe.

Requirements:

Candidates must have 3+ years of experience in building technical systems or automation infrastructure in high-growth environments.
Proficiency in Python and SQL is required, along with experience in AI agents, LLMs, prompt engineering, and systems integration.
A strong understanding of GTM workflows and empathy for sales and customer success operations is essential.
Proven ability to identify automation opportunities and create scalable, repeatable solutions is necessary.
An experimentation mindset with the ability to iterate quickly and drive internal adoption is important.
Excellent communication skills are required to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Familiarity with internal enablement strategies, tooling, and self-service models for enterprise clients is preferred.
