Remote GTM Data Analyst

Description:

• ClickUp is seeking a motivated Data Analyst with expertise in problem solving and data visualization to join their high-performing Data team in the Growth organization.
• The Data team consists of data analysts, engineers, and scientists who are strategic business partners within the larger Growth organization.
• The role involves collaborating with team members to address complex business problems and creating compelling visualizations, dashboards, and reports that provide actionable insights into business operations and growth initiatives.
• The Data Analyst will support stakeholders with data analysis and reporting to facilitate important investment and growth decisions.
• Key responsibilities include collaborating cross-functionally with stakeholders from Sales, Customer Experience, and Data teams, developing and maintaining dashboards using custom SQL queries, identifying key performance indicators (KPIs), defining and reporting on key metrics, and extracting insights from various data sources.
• The position requires hands-on experience with large-scale structured, semi-structured, and unstructured data, as well as the ability to translate quantitative analyses into digestible reporting.
• The role is part of an India-based analytics team and utilizes tools such as Snowflake, SQL, DBT, Tableau, Hex, and Amplitude.

Requirements:

• A Bachelor’s (or Master’s) degree in a technical field such as Business Analytics, Engineering, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, or Statistics is required.
• Candidates should have 3-6 years of experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar profession.
• Exceptional experience in SQL is necessary.
• Proficiency in Tableau software or a similar BI tool is required.
• Excellent communication skills are essential, with the ability to present insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Fluency in spoken and written English is mandatory.
• Desirable qualifications include project management skills, a basic understanding of Python, and a basic working knowledge of statistics and techniques like regression, segmentation, and A/B testing.
• Familiarity with DBT and Git, as well as experience with Salesforce and Zendesk systems and data, is also preferred.
