Remote GTM Data Analyst

Description:

• As a Senior GTM Analyst, you will be responsible for raising the bar for analysis quality and decision-making on the Go-to-Market team.
• You will provide data-driven insights that help shape GTM strategy across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success.
• The role involves partnering cross-functionally to identify opportunities to improve performance across the funnel and building reporting to ensure visibility into top-of-line strategic initiatives.
• You will analyze and understand data on leads, prospects, and customers to facilitate data-informed decisions for product development.
• The position requires overseeing the development of analytical models and reporting tools that offer transparency on GTM performance and strategic initiatives.
• You will serve as a thought partner to various marketing teams, including SEO, Growth Marketing, and Partnerships, in planning high-impact marketing plays.

Requirements:

• You must have 5+ years of experience in a highly analytic role, with at least 3 years aligned with marketing or sales functions.
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, or R is required.
• A demonstrated self-starter with strong communication and project management skills is essential.
• You should have the ability to establish highly collaborative relationships with cross-functional teams across the GTM organization.
• Experience with data visualization is necessary, with the ability to choose the best visualization style for the context and ensure insights from visualizations are clear.
