Description:
The GTM Data Engineer at Tractian will architect and scale revenue data analytics and infrastructure to enhance the GTM engine.
This role involves managing a customer data lake and automating account enrichment and revenue workflows.
Responsibilities include managing data architecture, automation, and governance for GTM systems, focusing on tools like Clay, ZoomInfo, and BigQuery.
The engineer will automate waterfall enrichment workflows at the company, contact, and lead level by orchestrating multiple data providers.
They will build and maintain a single source of truth for GTM targeting by integrating data from CRM, data provider enrichment, engagement, and product usage data.
The role includes designing and integrating LLM-based systems to enrich account and contact level data.
The engineer will create scalable processes for lead routing, deal tracking, and customer lifecycle workflows using HubSpot workflows and APIs.
They will enable data-driven decision-making by aligning GTM analytics with executive reporting, pipeline management, and sales productivity metrics.
The engineer will partner closely with RevOps, Enablement, and Sales Leadership to improve seller workflows and ensure data consistency across tools.
Proactively identifying areas for automation and workflow efficiency is essential, along with building scalable solutions for repetitive GTM processes.
The engineer will document and maintain clear technical processes for internal GTM systems and provide enablement for end users.
Requirements:
Candidates must have 3+ years of experience in a technical GTM engineer, data analytics, or data systems role, preferably in high growth B2B SaaS.
Hands-on experience with CRM and GTM systems such as HubSpot, Clay, ZoomInfo, and data warehouses is required.
Strong experience in writing SQL and using BI/reporting tools like Looker, Tableau, or HubSpot Reports is necessary.
Comfort with API integrations and proficiency in at least one scripting language (Python, JavaScript) to automate and connect tools is essential.
Experience managing large datasets and transforming GTM insights into tactical recommendations is required.
Excellent problem-solving skills and a bias for automation and scale are necessary.
The ability to collaborate across functions and communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders is important.
Candidates should be comfortable working autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
