Description:
The GTM Systems Architect at Wrapbook will drive the technical vision and roadmap of the Salesforce platform and associated Go-To-Market (GTM) systems.
This role involves partnering closely with the Go-To-Market (Sales, Success, Marketing), Finance, and Product teams to understand business requirements.
The architect will design and deploy technical solutions that prioritize scalable architecture while keeping pace with the business's rapid growth.
Responsibilities include leading the design, development, and maintenance of complex Salesforce solutions that enable scalable operations and processes.
The architect will identify and lead proactive initiatives that enable the effective scaling of key business workflows leveraging Flow, Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), API development, and more.
They will design, implement, maintain, and document system integrations between Salesforce, go-to-market, and core business applications to enhance automation and streamline workflow execution.
The role also involves driving technical design discussions and providing guidance to team members on best practices and architecture principles.
Requirements:
Candidates must have 5-6+ years of experience in Salesforce development, with a proven track record of independently building and maintaining scalable processes to meet business goals.
Experience leading Salesforce deployments with a strong SDLC governance approach is required.
Expertise in declarative development including Flow design, Validation Rules, and Formula Fields is necessary, along with the ability to leverage Apex and Lightning Web Components when needed.
Excellent collaboration and communication skills are essential, with a demonstrated ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams to define, scope, and deliver sustainable solutions aligned to business needs.
Experience managing system integrations with GTM technologies such as Salesloft, Marketo, Gong, Gainsight, Zapier, Copado, Own, and PagerDuty is required.
Familiarity with sprint-based project management approaches is preferred.
Candidates should be energized by fast-paced environments that combine near-term problem solving with long-term planning for scale.
