Description:

DoubleZero is seeking a highly talented Head of Developer Relations to support the launch of the DoubleZero protocol.
The role involves helping developers use DoubleZero by being the visible point person for technology inquiries related to validators, MEV systems, and other use cases.
The candidate will actively engage on platforms where developers congregate, such as X/Twitter, the Solana Validator monthly call, and Discord, while also serving as the technical lead on owned platforms like a DoubleZero validator Telegram group.
The individual will be responsible for writing and maintaining world-class documentation to facilitate an easy onboarding process for developers using DoubleZero.
The role requires relentless optimization of the DoubleZero protocol by understanding developer challenges and implementing changes to address those concerns.
The Head of Developer Relations will represent DoubleZero at key industry events and collaborate with the Marketing team to ensure that attendance adds value to the protocol.
The candidate will serve as the internal voice of the developer community, ensuring that the protocol meets the needs of users and contributors while facilitating effective communication regarding documentation and protocol updates.

Requirements:

The candidate must have 5+ years of total DevRel or development experience.
A minimum of 2+ years of experience in crypto DevRel is required.
The individual should possess experience or knowledge in the validator/MEV space.
The ability to deal with ambiguity and bring structure to complex questions is essential.
Candidates must demonstrate the ability to prioritize tasks appropriately and meet deadlines in high-pressure environments.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and presentation skills are necessary for this role.
Comfort with technical enterprise products is required.
