Description:

OXIO is seeking a highly skilled and dynamic Head of Solutions Architect with a strong background in the telecommunications industry and solutions engineering.
This role is pivotal in driving the initial stages of the sales journey, engaging with technical and business stakeholders, and effectively presenting the platform's value proposition to prospective customers.
The Head of Solutions Architect will lead solution discovery, proposal development, and solution curation.
Responsibilities include leading sales presentations and technical demos, conducting detailed technical discovery sessions, developing customized solutions, and owning the sales process from discovery to contract signing.
The role requires collaboration with the marketing team to refine sales pitches and materials, and advocating for the customer internally to provide feedback to product and engineering teams.

Requirements:

A minimum of 8 years of experience in a technical sales engineering or solutions engineering role, ideally in the telecommunications industry or with MVNx.
Experience working directly with MVNOs and a solid background in telecommunications technology and solution sales is essential.
Solid understanding of telecom architectures, services, and platforms, along with knowledge of MVNO models and telecommunications operations.
Proven ability to engage with technically savvy audiences, delivering clear, persuasive, and well-structured pitches and presentations.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a consultative mindset focused on understanding customer challenges and designing tailored solutions.
Nice to haves include experience with cloud platforms, API integrations, and familiarity with industry trends and regulatory requirements in the MVNO space.
